The boring half of the job hunt, handled.
reApply is an autonomous agent that applies to jobs for you: a tailored resume and cover letter for every role, across every major ATS. This page is about the people building it, and why.
Why we built it
We've both been on the wrong side of the apply button. The form-filling, the duplicate uploads, the “paste your resume below (and also re-enter it as text fields)”. It's the soul-killing part of finding work, and the part that has nothing to do with whether you can actually do the job.
For six months we watched smart, qualified people lose hours every week to the same forms, two hundred times over. So we built the agent we wished existed: one that writes a tailored resume and cover letter for every role, applies only when the match clears your bar, and leaves you the six calls that actually matter. The full origin story is in Why We Built reApply.
Who's behind it
Midhun Krishna
Midhun founded reApply after six months of watching qualified people (himself included) lose evenings and Sundays to application forms. He writes the field notes on job search mechanics, ATS systems, and what the hiring data actually says, including the reApply beta report.
reApply is built by two engineers who hated applying to jobs. reApply, Inc. · [email protected]
How we work
- No spray, no pray. Every submission is a tailored resume and cover letter, and it only ships when the role clears your match floor.
- Show the work. We publish our beta numbers with the methodology and the limitations, not just the flattering headline.
- Your name on it. No watermark, no “sent via reApply”. Application receipts and a full audit trail, always.
