Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

reApply.io is an AI-powered career intelligence platform that helps users analyze job postings, research companies, assess role fit, and generate tailored resumes, cover letters, and related application materials. The Service is provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis and may include free and paid features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”) or on a credit/usage basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or TKNOPS cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team at [email protected].

A valid payment method is required to process payment for your Subscription. You shall provide TKNOPS with accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, state, PIN/ZIP code, telephone number, and a valid payment method. By submitting such payment information, you authorize TKNOPS (and its payment processors) to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to the payment instrument provided.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, TKNOPS will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be charged where applicable as per Indian tax laws.

TKNOPS may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”).

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If you enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by TKNOPS until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you have cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

At any time and without notice, TKNOPS reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

TKNOPS, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

TKNOPS will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

TKNOPS provides refunds for your plan if cancelled and requested within 48 hours of the invoice date. To request a refund:

• Include the email address associated with your reApply.io account in your request
• Include the invoice number or transaction reference

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Credits already consumed, AI-generated materials already downloaded, or usage beyond a reasonable evaluation amount may be deducted from the refund at our discretion. No refunds are available beyond the 48-hour window except as required by applicable law.

Our Service allows you to upload, post, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, resumes, job descriptions, professional history, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, reproduce, modify, and process such Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service (including training and improving our AI systems in a privacy-respecting manner, in line with our Privacy Policy). You retain all ownership rights in your Content.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and licence as provided in these Terms; and (ii) posting your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.

You shall not upload Content that is unlawful under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, or any other Indian law, including content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, harmful to minors, threatening, or promotes hatred or violence.

reApply.io uses artificial intelligence models to generate resumes, cover letters, gap analyses, company research, and similar outputs. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors and is provided as a starting point for your review.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in any job application or communication.
• TKNOPS does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview calls, or any specific results from use of the Service.
• AI outputs are not professional career, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity, a name not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization, or a name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Indian or international law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models of the Service.
• Use bots, automated scripts, or any automated means (other than officially provided APIs) to access the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Service outputs as a competing product.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Service.
• Impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity, or submit another person's resume or personal information without their consent.
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated credentials, qualifications, or work history.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to claims that Content posted on the Service infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person, in accordance with the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

If you believe that copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement on the Service, please send written notice to [email protected] with a detailed description of the alleged infringement, proof of ownership, and your contact details.

You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) for misrepresenting that any Content is infringing your copyright.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TKNOPS Technology Private Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and other countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable rules. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and processing.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TKNOPS, including job boards, company websites, and integrated AI providers.

TKNOPS has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that TKNOPS shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service or email [email protected] to request account deletion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TKNOPS Technology Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, employment opportunities, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service, including AI-generated output; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to TKNOPS in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is higher.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

TKNOPS, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; (d) AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable; or (e) the results of using the Service will result in job offers, interviews, or meet your specific requirements.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TKNOPS Technology Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your Content; or (iv) your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through written notice to [email protected]. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by TKNOPS. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, via email or a prominent notice on the Service. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
